Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 banana (preferably frozen)

1 tsp LSA

200ml coconut milk (or any variety of milk)

1 tsp organic Australian honey

1 tsp lecithin

Optional- 1 tbls oats

To make:

Blitz in your smoothie machine until all ingredients are blended.
