Watermelon Mint Smoothie

Feeling like something cold,delicious, and re-hydrating? I have just the right drink for you!
Introducing my Watermelon Mint Smoothie:
Serves 1-2
Ingredients:
200-250ml coconut water
2-4 mint leaves, washed
1/3 cup mixed berries
1-2 slices of watermelon, skinned and cubed
1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced
small handful of ice (optional)
Method:
Blitz in blender/smoothie machine until all ingredients are combined.
